SUPA HUB SPC (“SUPA HUB”, "SUPA", "S U P A", “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a segregated portfolio company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, with registration number 359688 and registered address at Harbour Centre 4/F, 42 North Church Street, George Town, KY1-1107, Cayman Islands. We provide digital asset registry and infrastructure services exclusively through partnerships with licensed financial institutions. We do not provide banking, advisory, or other financial services ourselves. Digital assets are not insured. SUPA HUB SPC acts as the official issuer and registrar of all documents generated through its platform. Each such document is executed using a qualified electronic signature with full legal effect, and its authenticity and integrity can be verified at any time at: https://app.supahub.co/veri.
This page provides important regulatory disclosures, risk warnings, compliance notices and other information relevant to our operations. These disclosures supplement our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Use. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these disclosures.
We may resell certain services from third-party providers, including but not limited to SUPA RED LTD (a Category A Registrant under Hong Kong Cap. 615 (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance), registration number A-B-24-11-08324, address: 10/F YF Life Tower, Unit HD106, 33 Lockhart Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong; company registration/tax number: 76874833). We may also purchase services from other third-party suppliers, including financial service providers, and resell them to our clients. However, SUPA HUB SPC itself does not render any financial services.

1. Important Risk Warnings
Investments in digital assets involve significant risks and are not suitable for all users. You may lose some or all of the value of your digital assets. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of digital assets can fluctuate due to market volatility, technological changes, regulatory developments, cybersecurity threats, geopolitical events and other factors.
We do not execute transactions, manage digital assets or hold client assets. All such activities are conducted by our partner licensed financial institutions, subject to their own regulatory protections and insurance (where applicable). Digital assets handled through our platform are not insured by us, and we accept no liability for losses arising from their use or storage.
2. Scope of Our Services
Our Services are limited to:
Providing information about digital asset registry and infrastructure services offered through our partnerships.
Assisting with initial enquiries, registrations and introductions to our partner licensed financial institutions.
General support related to document issuance and verification.
We do not provide:
- Personal investment or financial advice.
- Execution of transactions.
- Custody or safekeeping of digital assets.
- Portfolio management or advisory services.
Any information we provide is general in nature and does not take into account your individual circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance. You should seek independent professional advice before engaging with digital assets.
3. Conflicts of Interest
We maintain policies and procedures to identify, manage and, where possible, avoid conflicts of interest that may arise in our operations. However, conflicts may not always be avoidable. Examples include:
Remuneration arrangements with our partner institutions or third-party suppliers.
Sharing of client referrals across affiliated entities.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, or if your complaint relates to a partner institution’s product/service, you may refer the matter to relevant dispute resolution schemes in the applicable jurisdiction, such as the Office of the Ombudsman in the Cayman Islands or equivalent bodies elsewhere.

6. Jurisdiction-Specific Disclosures
Cayman Islands
As a Cayman-incorporated entity, we are subject to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) oversight for anti-money laundering purposes. Our operations comply with the Data Protection Act, 2017 (as revised) and other local regulations.
Hong Kong and Other Jurisdictions
Where we resell services from providers like SUPA RED LTD, those services are subject to Hong Kong's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance. Access to our Services from jurisdictions outside the Cayman Islands may be restricted. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. We do not solicit business in jurisdictions where prohibited.
We comply with relevant international standards, including those under FATF recommendations for virtual assets.
7. Benchmark and Reference Rate Disclosures
We do not administer or contribute to benchmarks. Any services involving reference rates (e.g., for digital assets) are subject to market risks and transitions as outlined by our partner institutions.
8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance
We are committed to preventing financial crime. All users undergo due diligence checks, including sanctions screening and identity verification. We report suspicious activities to relevant authorities in accordance with Cayman Islands law and international obligations.
9. Changes to Disclosures
These disclosures may be updated from time to time at our discretion. The latest version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We are not required to notify you individually unless mandated by law.
